At BHI, quality is built into the product, not inspected into the product. All employees have primary responsibility to assure parts “meet the Customers’ stated and implied requirements.” Inspection stations are strategically placed throughout the shop for in-process inspection by the employees manufacturing the parts. BHI maintains a complete quality control inspection lab with a comprehensive line of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
